These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sulf website, web application and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by:

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to [Official legal entity name], and "you" refers to the person or organisation using the Service. By creating an account, making a purchase or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sulf is an online platform that provides AI-powered tools for creating and editing images and videos, including text-to-image and image-to-video generation, background removal, templates and batch processing.

Access to paid features is offered in two ways:

• Subscriptions — recurring monthly or annual plans that include an allowance of credits.
• Credit packs — one-time, on-demand purchases of credits.

Credits are consumed when you run a generation or other paid action. The number of credits each action costs is shown in the product before you confirm it. We may add, change or remove features and AI models over time to improve the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription or credits. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately at support@nzyre.studio if you suspect unauthorised access.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

When you buy a subscription or credit pack, you are buying from Paddle.com, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle processes your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.

Prices are listed on our Pricing page and charged in Euro (EUR). If your card is in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

Paddle calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST based on your location, and the final amount including tax is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change our prices at any time; changes never affect a purchase you have already completed, and subscribers will be notified in advance of any change to their renewal price.

You can cancel at any time, at no extra cost, by any of these methods:

• From your account: User Profile → Plans & Billing → Cancel Plan.
• Using the "Manage subscription" link in any Paddle receipt email.
• Via Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.
• By emailing support@nzyre.studio.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan and its benefits remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

• Credits can only be used within the Service and have no cash value.
• Credits are personal to your account and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
• If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the credits charged for it are automatically returned to your balance.
• Credits bought as one-time credit packs never expire while your account is open.
• Any rollover rules for subscription credits are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Details, the statutory right of withdrawal and cancellation rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

You own your inputs and outputs. As between you and us, you retain all rights to the prompts, images and other material you submit ("Inputs"), and to the images and videos generated for you ("Outputs"). To the extent we hold any rights in Outputs, we assign them to you. You may use Outputs for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, secure and provide the Service to you, including sending them to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for how you use Outputs. Because of the nature of AI, similar Outputs may be generated for other users, and Outputs may not be protectable by copyright in every country.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or share content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or harassment, or is hateful.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive deepfakes of real people.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or bypass rate limits, credit checks or security measures of the Service.
• Resell access to the Service or share accounts without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

The Service itself — including its software, design, templates, logos and the Sulf brand — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Paddle for payments, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and external AI model providers for generation. Their availability and terms may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Outputs will meet your expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid, unused portion of your purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country of registration]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
